A billable seat is one active user on one product — a person using two products counts as two seats. Each seat is priced once, at its band's rate, then that rate is locked in.

From your account, set your own low-balance threshold and get notified the moment the balance crosses it — a number you choose, not a fixed platform default, so funding is a decision you make ahead of time, not a surprise mid-run.
Auto-reload can be turned on with a threshold and a top-up amount you set. If the balance hits zero, new runs pause until it's funded again — nothing runs on credit.
